nice dining excellent view good room cleanliness easy reservation

I enjoyed the dining options, especially because of the coast view. my room was very clean i must say. it was easy to book reservations using my phone and i made a payment at the front office. The staff was helpful.

the hotel is a bit old. the hallways and elevators could use a refresh i think.

The hotel is near the sea side front. It is in a quiet place. the location looks over the promenade, it is arguably the best site in the area. i found the spot pretty charming.

The buffet offered many options. The 24-hour bar was handy. It helped after a late arrival FROM london. The check-in process was easy.

The room was small. The furniture made it hard to move around the bathroom. i stubbed my toe. The interior seemed dated. I saw scratch marks on the bedroom wall.

Excellent Stay with Beautiful Sea Views

The room was clean. a great selection of teas were available. The views from the balcony were amazing and overlooked the sea, a great way to start my day. The location was really convenient, a short distance from the ferry terminal.

The lift was quite small, and I sometimes opted for the stairs to avoid waiting.

The receptionist was fantastic. They were very kind, friendly, and funny at check-in. the room was gorgeous and even better than expected, it had beautiful interior and a comfy bed. a little balcony with a table and chairs provided a sea view.

steps at the hotel's front and back made entry difficult with luggage and mobility issues. i requested a suite with a walk-in shower but received a room with a shower over the bath. the air vent cover in the bathroom fell out, it could have caused injury.

the staff at the front desk were friendly. the room requests for service were handled well. it was a smooth experience.

the hotel car park is not signposted. it caused some confusion upon arrival. the room was a bit small.

my standard double room had a very comfortable double bed. the bathroom was immaculate with high standard fittings. i enjoyed the hot drinks and nice biscuits provided in the room. extending my stay was easy thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

the signs to the rooms felt a little confusing at first.
