The receptionist was fantastic. They were very kind, friendly, and funny at check-in. the room was gorgeous and even better than expected, it had beautiful interior and a comfy bed. a little balcony with a table and chairs provided a sea view.

steps at the hotel's front and back made entry difficult with luggage and mobility issues. i requested a suite with a walk-in shower but received a room with a shower over the bath. the air vent cover in the bathroom fell out, it could have caused injury.

my standard double room had a very comfortable double bed. the bathroom was immaculate with high standard fittings. i enjoyed the hot drinks and nice biscuits provided in the room. extending my stay was easy thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff.

the signs to the rooms felt a little confusing at first.
